Throughout April, as part of Zelestra's FutureS program, we brought together volunteer professionals from our team and students from five public high schools across Sevilla, Zaragoza, and Guadalajara - communities where we develop and operate renewable energy plants every day. In partnership with United Way España, we delivered a series of online coaching sessions focused on the competencies that shape professional futures: growth mindset, motivation, communication, CV development, and interview preparation.
