The opening of this new headquarters signifies the strategic transformation of Zelestra, which seeks to quadruple its size by 2026, aligned with ambitious expansion targets. At Zelestra, our focus is the client, we are vertically integrated, and we do everything from greenfield development, signing long-term contracts with clients, engineering, procurement, construction, and long-term mergers & acquisitions.
Over the last 12 months, Zelestra grew from a company with a portfolio of 13 GW of projects in development to over 27 GW in 13 countries, growing more than 100% from a contracted long-term project portfolio of 1.5 GW to 3.1 GW. The company currently has a portfolio of projects under construction and operation, including construction for third parties. This portfolio totals 2.9 GW, demonstrating Zelestra’s ability to execute large construction projects at a global scale.
The new office not only strengthens internal team collaboration, but also enables Zelestra to improve the quality of its service, increasing customer satisfaction and consolidating its position as a leader in the industry.
Leo Moreno, Zelestra’s CEO, commented: “I would like to express my deep gratitude to all those who have made this achievement possible. Thanks also to the Zelestra team here in Bilbao, who have enthusiastically taken on the challenges of this new stage. Their dedication and commitment allow us to continue moving forward with confidence and optimism.”
